Other formats may appear pixelated and are not recommended.

Submit your stand design for venue approval.

Please note that the organizer must receive the technical drawings and 3D design to approve the stand.

Register your complimentary passes as per your contract.

Set-up the date for the event.

Set-up date for the customized stands only.

Set-up date for shell scheme stands.

Collect your badges from the registration desk.

All booth set-up must be fully completed within the specified timeframe.

Dismantling all the stands.
